Sara Krisher is the Founder of STAND TALL, a confidence building company. She is committed to teaching leaders to lead from the front of the room with confidence. Her unique approach incorporates techniques that go beyond the technical aspects of delivering a presentation to address the mindset needed to encourage authenticity. Previously she was the director of public speaking training company where she worked with hundreds of business leaders in developing their presentation skills. Currently, she is creating programs to support coaches who want to make a bigger impact, executives who want to increase their influence, and entrepreneurs who need to nail their pitches. Sara is a professional member of the National Speaker’s Association and an international speaker. She is a Master Trained Narrative Coach through Learning Journeys International Center of Coaching and holds the ACC credential through the International Coach Federation.

Either Jennie Antolak had a wild imagination as a kid or knew at a very young age she was meant to be a coach. Living in rural Kansas, she didn’t have access to countless playmates, so many days you could find her in her bedroom playing Barbies for hours by herself. On those days, it was guaranteed that at least one of her dolls would end up in therapy or some kind of counseling. What was also certain is, if one of the Barbies was given advice during a session, the session would abruptly end. The doll would storm out of the fictitious office visibly upset huffing, “I don’t need anyone informing me how to fix my situations.” The Barbie simply wanted a trusted partner to help her figure out on her own next steps to move forward. Since grade school, Jennie has traded in her Barbies and pretend office for real-life students and an actual coaching school. She is co-founder and President of Learning Journeys, a coaching certification institute committed to protecting the standards, ethics, and credibility of coaching throughout the world. At Learning Journeys, she co-developed and teaches their practitioner level certification (ACTP approved), mastery level certification, and narrative coaching certification. With her trusted partner, her mother Ruthie, Jennie also co-wrote a narrative coaching book and development numerous coaching tools and resources. Jennie holds a degree in Communications, a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and is credentialed as a Master Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. While the experience and credentials are essential, what Jennie is known for is her creative way of weaving stories throughout her training, so the coursework is relevant and engaging.
